Kieran has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry working as a quantity surveyor at all levels. He is an LLM in Construction Law and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Vanita has 20 years' experience and has a PGDip in Quantity Surveying following a BSc in Accounting and Managing Information Systems.
She has a main contractor background and has worked on several prestigious projects during her career.
